We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the USA only. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
6. Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk of the products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the products have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@skyvex.store. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@skyvex.store. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
